I've visited several times recently, and each time, the staff member on duty immediately put up the "back in 5 minutes" sign as soon as he saw me. I've spoken to others who had the same experience. It's quite disappointing.

As a vegetarian with food allergies, I had many questions, and he answered all of them politely and thoroughly. I've been to many places, including other Subways, but this was truly a great experience for me. Keep up the excellent work! On December 2nd, there was also a lady working with him, and she was equally sweet. Thank you for your outstanding customer service—keep it up!
