A great gem of a coffee shop in the downtown village area of Banff. We ordered a chocolate strawberry frocho, which is like a frappuchino without any coffee. So delicious and refreshing on a hot summer day! They also have Wi-Fi which is a nice plus. View all feedback.

was completely ignored when ordering. Finally you have to order after the workers have talked about personal life. he waited for 20 minutes for a drink. I had to remind the workers what I had ordered and finally got my drink after 30 minutes, although it was quite slow in the load. View all feedback.

As a long-time local, I visit this coffee shop from time to time. Unfortunately, this morning I experienced terrible service. The red-haired employee was so busy chatting with her coworker that she initially ignored me. It took six minutes to toast a bagel, and I was the only customer in the shop! When she finally handed it to me, she just tossed it my way. She said, "Have a good day," but then rolled her eyes as she walked away. It's disappointing to see such a decline in service quality. They really need to teach their staff some basic manners and kindness!
The restaurant appears to have been newly renovated in September 2019. They have delicious pastries and coffee.
