Pizza Pizza - Banff

Hands down the best Pizza Pizza we have ever been to! Did a quick takeout as were headed into Lake Louise and wanted to play it safe for the night. Ordered a Large vegetarian pizza and the guys loaded it up with cheese, bell peppers and onion. They were very generous with the cheese. So much so that I was tempted to go back and order another takeout after a disappointing dinner one night. Quite easily the best value for money in Banff. The parking is limited. They are located next to a convenience store in a gas station and the two of four parking spots are taken by the crew working there. Your best bet is to park at the free parking lot next to the banff train station and take a quick 5 minute walk. The good news is it's quite centrally located to where all the action in Banff is near the restaurants, shops etc. If you're not in a mood to experiment or on a budget, this place offers you the bang for the buck!

Honestly, Pizza Pizza doesn?t really need a review but this location in Banff in particular deserved it!! We happened to order them in our hotel room one late night because other restaurants were closed at that time. The pizzas were AMAZING. Loaded with toppings and baked well. I also loved their fries and wings. Got delivered in time as always.

Great customer service, the girl working in the front counter was so friendly and helping us to chooser the right size of pizza which we want. The pizza tastes delicious and highly recommended this store if you?re looking for the best pizza in Banff

I ordered a pizza at 12:25 and it?s been more than 40 mins and delivery guy came at 1:16AM and he was so rude to me. It was supposed to be free pizza and he started yelling at me saying do you wanna pay or not. I refused to pay and he left. I remember his face and he refused to tell me his name. He was so disrespectful to me. I?m sorry to say but it was my worst experience ever. I always used to give tips to the pizza delivery person but this guy was so rude and unprofessional. The location of this pizza pizza is 302 Lynx St, Banff, AB T1L1B8. Kindly look into this matter.

I asked counter person for a menu to review prior to ordering take out. He said the only menu was on the big tv screen in the upper corner of the waiting area. It was very incomplete just advertising specials , not the real menu. I had to go online and view menu on your website , which was not easy to do on a mobile phone. Took me 15 minutes. I placed order online , and chose to pay at counter when order was ready, then waited. Order was ready , counter person told me amount due. I tried to pay with me Amex card. He told me ?No Amex it?s too powerful!? What does that even mean??? I told him the sign on door shows all cards accepted including logo for Amex. He replied with same ?too powerful ? response. So I paid with Visa. I wanted to use me Amex card for dining and that was one of the reasons I chose this location because it says that Pizza Pizza accepts Amex cards. That is false at least at this location. It is like an illegal ?bait and switch? practice carried out by a merchant. You are doing false advertising and I will be reporting your location to Amex Bank of Canada for the poor service. The positives: the pizza tasted good, was made properly and on time. However, the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
