Description

A restaurant in Banff has sparked mixed reviews due to their unexpected service charges. While some praised the fresh and authentic food at reasonable prices, others criticized the automatic gratuity added to the bill. Dishes like Pad Thai were met with conflicting opinions, with some diners appreciating the spice and flavor, while others deemed it inedible. The service was described as efficient yet lacking in personal touch by some patrons. Despite the varying experiences, the restaurant was praised for its vegetarian options and friendly staff. My boyfriend and I have been here quite a few times and we really love the authentic dishes. We have been served each time by Haluka and she really makes the place great!! Thank you!

During the chilly winter, pouring the curry soup over rice provides a comforting warmth to both the heart and stomach with every delicious bite. The Pad Thai is impressive, cooked to a slightly crispy perfection that gives it a delightful texture. It’s sweet and full of flavor. The Korean chicken wings are equally irresistible; they’re so good that you can’t help but keep eating them! I also had the pleasure of being served by a charming Taiwanese waitress, which felt like reconnecting with an old friend while being in a foreign country. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars!
