We wer... read more My husband and I had an excellent experience at Nourish Bistro. He is Celiac, and we went because of other positive reviews regarding allergen awareness. We were not disappointed. The staff was very knowledgeable and the menu had a large number of gluten free choices....He had the famous nachos and I had a falafel salad. Both were excellent. Prices were reasonable and the portion size was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, not just people with allergies or vegetarians.

Two of us shared the deep fried brocoli as an appetizer and t... read more After a long day of hiking, we were excited to try Nourish Bistro because of the positive reviews. Two of us shared the deep fried brocoli as an appetizer and the King Kong noodles as a main. They were both very underwhelming; the brocoli could...have used a more flavourful seasoning or dip, as the garnish sauce didn’t add a lot of flavour, though the brocoli was nicely deep fried. The King Kong noodles were disappointing; we expected a noodle dish (not a soup one); though perhaps we read the description incorrectly. We paid extra for the tofu, which was good, but in my view for the price, should have been included. It was just very mediocre; not very flavourful. The service was good and prompt but the food was just really disappointing and lacked flavour; we could have just ordered the wrong things, though the broccoli was recommended by our server. We would be very reluctant to return, though the place is very popular and was full when we left.

The ambiance has a classic hipster casual vibe. They offer outdoor seating that is also pet-friendly. The service is fast, and you can even call ahead to place your order, which isn't something all restaurants in Banff offer.

I was definitely not le... read more Wow, I was truly impressed! I met up with friends from the UK, and since they prefer vegetarian food, I decided to take them to Nourish. I was definitely not let down! The dishes were vibrant, colorful, and absolutely delicious! We started with nachos, and I chose the 'Mac N Squeeze'—it was fantastic! The restaurant has a unique atmosphere that sets it apart from any other place I've visited, and the staff was friendly and full of energy. I highly recommend Nourish Bistro to everyone! Thank you for having us!
