I went with a friend on August 22nd here on a whim and she doesn't eat meat or fish.
We hit up this place twice during our stay in Banff and dang, it was delicious! And to think I was convinced I was going to have to solely subsist on
I'm giving this three stars only because I'm veg and I wanna be supportive of veg restaurants.
I absolutely loved all the food at this restaurant! It's perfect for vegans and vegetarians—this place is a true treasure! The ambiance has a classic hipster casual vibe. They offer outdoor seating that is also pet-friendly. The service is fast, and you can even call ahead to place your order, which isn't something all restaurants in Banff offer.
I came here for a nice birthday lunch and it was such a wonderful meal. The ambiance here is wonderful with all of the unique lighting and fantastic music. We ordered several appetizers including the gyoza, hummus plate and nachos. They were all so good but I really loved the vegan nachos! For my main course I had the ramen salad with tofu and it was wholesome, refreshing and tasty. Even though we all gorged ourselves, we all felt amazing after! Vegan food is always so satisfying and the food at nourish is especially satisfying and leaves you feeling revitalized afterwards. Our server was very kind, down to earth and offered great hiking suggestions. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, whether you're vegan or not!
