Yesterday, my partner and I were the first customers to try a new menu item at the restaurant. The main dish consisted of a chickpea creation with mushrooms and salsa verde, and the side dish was carrots with a dill flavored topping. View all feedback.
What XenaWarriorPrincess doesn't like about Fairmont Banff Springs:
There is only one vegan main dish available, the crispy tofu. It was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. There are also a few side dishes that are vegan or can be made vegan, such as the crispy brussels sprouts (which were overly greasy). The prices on the menu are high and the service was slow. The vegan main dish of crispy tofu was just okay, nothing to write home about. There are a few other vegan options on the menu or that can be veganized, like the crispy fried sprouts (although too oily). The menu is expensive and the service was slow.
The vegan main dish of crispy tofu was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The menu offers a few vegan options or dishes that can be made vegan, such as the crispy Brussels sprouts (which were overly oily). However, the prices are high and the service was slow.
