Beaver tails are dough and sugar in fried oil...bunch of toppings if you wish...the only thing I will say is that it is really weird to have the napkins come in... read more Beaver tails are dough and sugar in fried oil...bunch of toppings if you wish...the only thing I will say is that it is really weird to have the napkins come inside the sleeve with the beaver tail...maybe that's to make it easier to hold if...hot? But like, they aren't usable as napkins once they have gotten beaver tail on them but you can grab a bunch from the dispenser...it just seems needlessly wasteful
