The only staff members working were taking orders, serving food, cleaning up, handling bills, and trying to keep up with checking people's IDs and vaccination status for COVID protocols. Some customers were entering the restaurant while the waitresses were busy with other tasks.

I highly recommend it, especially for those staying at the Rocky Mountain Resort. Even when the townsite is packed with long lines for other restaurants, we have always been able to find a table here for a fantastic meal.

The restaurant and bar though attrac... read more On a recent stay at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort, we decided to take food out to our cabin and have it in front of the fire. The restaurant and bar though attractive seemed very quiet (it is shoulder season) and the menu simple. We enjoyed...our meals so much we did this a second time. Schnitzel, Butter Chicken, Fish and Chips and Beef Bourguignon and had a couple of lovely cozy nights. Compliments to the Chef! It did take a few minutes to be acknowledged by staff the first time.
