We had the bison burger, veal masala, chicken pesto sandwic... read more Surprisingly the food was quite good. It's a small place in the front lobby but its clean and quiet. We had the bison burger, veal masala, chicken pesto sandwich and alpha burger and kid burger. The portions were generous and the fries were the best....We think they were kanebec potatoes which are the best. Service was pleasant but pretty laid back.

We... read more We were staying in the Banff Rocky Mountain Resort so decided to try the onsite restaurant. Some of the food was acceptable (not great), some was very poor. We ordered a pizza for our year old, it was undercooked and stodgy. We also had...butter chicken, where the chicken was strange. Like it was vegetarian. Didn't taste like chicken. Another pizza we ordered was cooked well on the top, but undercooked at the bottom. Service was not very good. When we arrived, we were the only one's in there. When we left, two other tables were occupied. This was on a Saturday night!

The only staff members working were taking orders, serving food, cleaning up, handling bills, and trying to keep up with checking people's IDs and vaccination status for COVID protocols. Some customers were entering the restaurant while the waitresses were busy with other tasks.
