Sleeping Buffalo - Feedback

What Nicole S likes about Sleeping Buffalo:
We had a wonderful dinner at the Sleeping Buffalo. The food was absolutely delicious and the potions generous. I had the elk and my husband had the bison rib special. Absolutely no complaints with the food. Our waitress was attentive but not intrusive. After ordering gin and tonics she recommended a local gin which blew our minds. We would definitely go back. Came in for breakfast on a Saturday. The only option is a mediocre buffet. No regular menu. When I say mediocre I mean most things were empty, until we had to ask for more stuff to be brought out. Also terrible service. Had to ask multiple times just for a glass of water, dirty plates sat on our table until we had to ask for them to be cleared. Just overall not very professionally run.
