Had a shopping trip to the outlet with a friend. Decided to do lunch at Starbucks. The wraps were ok and got them toasted. Tea and coffee maybe a little overpriced. Staff were lovely Mia with blue tints to her hair was just lovely and helpful. So much so that I wrote this review. The other girl was lovely too. Good staff are hard to get so try and hold on tight to them

Absolutely awful!! Will never visit here again! Short woman with fringe was not only rude to staff members who where working behind the counter she was also incredibly condescending and rude to myself and my family. The place was filthy with rubbish from previous customers on every table. If I could give no stars I would!! I asked three times for my table to be cleaned, I asked to speak to the manager only to be brushed off and not taken seriously because she was sitting in the shop floor speaking to customers having a coffee with 2 people and the staff informed me that they didn 't want to disturb her. A nice young lady came over and apologised for what had happened, meanwhile the so called 'manager ' continued to sit doing nothing with what appeared to be her friends during my hour and a half stay while her staff where left to fend for themselves. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

I can’t believe it’s six years since my last review here, so I’ll update it. Since then we’ve been through more than our fair share of births, deaths, marriages and divorces. Even Starbucks has changed its in store furnishings and its menus a few times over that time too. When I called to the outlet today, I didn’t even recognise the two lovely Starbucks staff welcoming and naturally friendly folks as this damn Wu flu has kept me away. I’d guess it’s 16/17 months since I’ve been inside this Starbucks. Mind you, very few customers sat inside today, more sat at the outside tables and our normally lousy weather was at least warm enough to allow outdoor socialising. It’s still all paper cups no crockery, and staff give out napkins and add your sugar and milk choices to your drink. My grande cappuccino with extra shot was to go and it was a darn fine coffee. I mentioned above that Starbucks has changed its menus with the latest offerings including a beyond meat breakfast patty with tomato relish, tofu, turmeric, egg alternative with a plant based cheese, a chicken, egg and protein pot, a water melon pot, a chicken/ham/bacon club sandwich and for desserts such delights as a strawberry and cream cake, an iced raspberry swirl and a strawberry and white chocolate shortcake. They’ve also introduced several more milk choices. Another plus was that the rest rooms were available for customers.

The person serving me at the till was really friendly, and the coffee was tasty. However, as I was placing my order and sizing up somewhere o sit, I soon noticed that none of the (several) free tables in the shop had been cleaned up after the previous customers had left. This despite the fact that the shop wasn't particularly busy, and there seemed to be a couple of staff members who were free and could have carried out this function. If there's anything guaranteed to ruin a coffee shop experience, it's looking up between sips of coffee and being treated to a dirty table beside you with the used materials of the previous customer. In the current circumstances we are all facing, one might imagine that cleaning and disinfecting tables after each use would take on an even greater urgency than usual. A deeply disappointing experience. Needless to say, I won't be back.
