Mcdonald's - Banbridge

I ordered 3 medium meals using the kiosk and we all ordered a toffee latte to go with it and to add a hot drink to go with the meal it was only another 70p for each of us but when I got the receipt I was charged for 3 separate toffee lattes as the total was £5.67 approx. So I went to the till to ask why this was and wasn’t given a good enough answer. The girls excuse was it was sugar tax even tho on the kiosk to add a hot drink it was +70p as for 3 medium meals with these toffee lattes the overall total was £18.24 which was a abit ridiculous and I don’t know why I was charged this much when hot drinks come with ur meals for an additional 70p. Thanks. Personally I’m sick of having to complain about every visit I have to McDonald’s

Absolutely lovely experience, staff were AMAZING!! But drive through was a bit slow due to lots of cars. I ordered a 5 piece chicken select meal and it was delightful. 10/10 would do it again.

Horrible 2nd time I've waited 30 mins on a 2 item order for it to be cold ethier thier understaffed or only hiring invalids

I gave the 5stars for the very kind young girl who helped me with my order I couldn't use the order machine she was so helpful beautiful girl nothing was to much trouble I think Chelsea was her name she was lovely when I said thank you she said her parents told her to be helpful and kind to people Sunday 31st of July at 12.29

I had to wait twenty-five minutes after placing my order at the automated machine! One of the servers seemed more focused on her appearance than on serving customers. The service was terrible, and my order was completely wrong! I ordered a loaded breakfast muffin, but they forgot the muffin altogether. What's going on here?
