Love the traditional feel... Order the Sa-Saleum, which is basically a Northern spice blend version, cooked in a more quick and clean way (flash fried, instead of slower cooked like Laap usually is in the pan), than a more commonly known 'Laap Nam-Tok. ' Order it with buffalo, and traditional bonus if its with buffalo innards and skin... enjoy!
