The service staff didn’t seem to care about customers. We were unsure whether we should place our order at the counter or wait for them to take it—no one explained, and the staff just stood there with straight faces. The atmosphere was awful, with some Thai students being extremely loud and disruptive, which ruined the experience for others. While I know many Thai students have great manners and show respect, this group ruined the experience. I even saw other customers leave because of the noise. On top of that, Wi-Fi was not available. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
