Despite a polite welcome and timely seating, the staff forgot a dish which was subsequently delayed and inadequately prepared. The drink order was overlooked several times and the service employee appeared unreasonable and got involved in discussions with the guests. Even when billing, errors were made, such as incorrectly calculating a returned beer. Overall, the evening in the Rodez 7 restaurant left a bitter aftertaste.
