Description

Pinch has garnered a mixed bag of reviews highlighting both its acclaimed dumplings and significant ordering challenges. While many patrons rave about the deliciousness of the dumplings, particularly the pork and fried varieties, issues like limited ordering options and inconvenient pickup protocols create frustration. Some have noticed a drop in quality, with certain dumplings no longer living up to previous standards. The service, however, receives praise for being attentive and friendly. Though there’s undeniable appeal in the offerings, inconsistent experiences and operational difficulties have left some diners contemplating alternatives for their dumpling fix.

This place has gone downhill. The pan fried dumplings that used be very delicious, are now are deep fried and tasteless. Also the staffing/hours of operation are unstable. I have been there twice on a weekend where they appeared closed, lights off, and no notes at restaurant or on social media. Guess, I'm looking for another dumpling joint.

Treated myself to lunch for my bday and wasn’t disappointed. I ordered the crab dumplings and sweet and sour cabbage. It was delicious and the service was good.

I honestly don't get how this place is still open. The service is super slow and you can get better dumplings at your local grocery store.

I went to Pinch for lunch today, not my first visit. I chose to dine in because in the past, the dumplings I had gotten for takeout had become soggy by the time I got home. I ordered 6 beef and onion fried dumplings and 6 chicken and corn fried dumplings. I had tried their steamed dumplings before, but found the fried ones to be much tastier. My meal was delicious and satisfying. I plan on returning when I have time to eat them while they are still hot. Both options were good, but I preferred the beef and onion dumplings over the chicken and corn. I hope they offer more vegetarian options in the future. They had a kale dumpling on the menu, but unfortunately they were out of them when I ordered.

Extremely slow service. Despite only four orders ahead of us, it took 45 minutes to receive a dozen steamed dumplings. The wait was not worth it.
