Was User at Motzi Bread a mag?
I recently discovered Motzi Bread from a vegan friend who mentioned that the entire menu is plant-based. They choose not to advertise this fact, as they believe it might deter some customers. If it weren’t for this, I would have given Motzi a five-star rating. I have only visited once, but I enjoyed everything I tried: the chocolate babka, the corn bread, and the chocolate chip cookies. I stopped by to check out this place after hearing they had vegan options, and I had a lovely conversation with the co-owner who revealed that the entire menu is 100% vegan! They choose not to highlight this in their marketing strategy since promoting themselves strictly as vegan might deter some customers. However, vegans will definitely appreciate this aspect of the restaurant. I believe they deserve a five-star rating from all vegans in HC. I thought I'd never enjoy a pain au chocolat again, but not only did I find one at Motzi, it was hands down the best I've ever had! The whole grain aspect really enhances the depth of flavor and texture. I also stocked up on some of their bread and English muffins from the freezer for a future treat. The best bakery in Bar by far is a true gem, offering a wide selection of wholesome whole grains and large pastries. Be sure to try the Babka! I also recommend placing your order in advance: [here link].

The baked goods at Motzi Bread are simply the best I’ve ever had! When you enter the store, you’re greeted by the wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread and the warm smiles of owners Maya Muñoz and Russell Trimmer. They consistently go out of their way to use only the finest and freshest ingredients, often sourced from local farms. My husband and I have also discovered that they craft innovative and imaginative treats that are always too delightful to resist! We wholeheartedly recommend that anyone living in or visiting the Baltimore area stop by Motzi Bread—your taste buds will definitely thank you!
