Accessibility ReviewI visited this place in a wheelchair to see a band play. Here is what you need to know.The online ticket vendor offers accessibility seating, but it’s actually general admission. Don’t waste your time trying to get special seating. The parking pass that you purchase online with your tickets is for the parking garage next door. The parking garage does NOT have handicap parking or elevators. However, after talking to the attendant, he let us park in a reserved spot near the entrance. I was in a car, not a van, since I have some mobility, and I can get into my wheelchair. You would need two spots for a van, or else you would need to unload and then park. I don’t know if there are times when those reserved spots are full, or if they are always available. That said, parking was the most difficult part of my visit.There are no automatic doors, but the door attendant opened the door for me. I was able to get to and use the restroom, but my caregiver had to help me open the door.As for the show itself, I spent most of my time on the left hand side near the front of the stage but off to the side a bit, which put me out of the main crowd and away from the direct blast of the smoke machine. I could see all the musicians but the drummer. Most people respected me and tried not to block my view, however, there were a few people(some oblivious, some just rude) who decided the open spot in front of me was the perfect place for them to stand, forcing me to reposition. As it was, I was able to see most of the show. The show I attended, however, was not at capacity, which allowed me to reposition as needed. This would have been easier if a tall table and bar stools were located elsewhere, as they were impossible to see around. I did have a good time, and if you are considering whether or not to see a show here in a wheelchair, unless the place is wall to wall packed, you should be okay.

I’ve seen two shows here so far: Tombs and Conan. I’m sure they’ll keep bringing other good groups through, so I’ll likely be back. The staff and crowd has been nothing but welcoming.

Love this spot better then the Otto bar. Very spacey and good service got to see a lot of my skateboard family thanks to my Uncle Gary at Vu skateboard shop.

Phenomenal venue for any performance. Highly recommended.
