I tried the pork ramen and Singapore soft shell crab maze-men at this restaurant. Both dishes had a delicious and flavorful broth for the ramen. The noodles were perfectly cooked and had a great texture. Overall, everything was fantastic. View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant twice in search of a unique dish, and finally found it! The brot crumbled, mozzarella-infused cheeseburger on a steamed milk bun with salad, tomato, and grilled toppings was delicious. On my first visit, I tried their "Katsu cheeseburger," but ended up ordering the soft-shell roasted crab sandwich on a milk-steamed bun, vegetable gyoza, and sweet potatoes instead. While the crab sandwich was good, I discovered I am not a fan of soft-shell crab. For those who enjoy fried soft-shell crab, I recommend this place. The gyoza and sweet potato fries were also tasty, but I wished there was another sauce option for the fries. The katsu cheeseburger was exactly what I expected - the breading was perfectly crispy and the mozzarella cheese, tomato, grilled toppings, salad, and mayo all blended together perfectly. The restaurant is located at 529 E. Belvedere St. in Baltimore, MD, inside the Belvedere St. Market. The market has other great restaurants worth trying. The customer service was friendly, warm, and attentive, and parking was easy to find. Overall, I would definitely return for one of their delicious burgers.
