Just by asking that small favor she made me wait 30 mins and proceeded to wait on the other customers that came in after me a made me. May I add she never made the drink the first time, I asked her to wash her hands when she touched the cup. All I asked was if she could wash her hands and grab me a new cup. I was 30 mins late punching into work today. Because she wanted to be spiteful. When I got to work to call and speak to the manager she didn’t make the situation any better. She told me she was too busy to hear my complaint and to contact corporate.

I ordered a medium mango refresher with green tea, four pumps of liquid sugar and a cinnamon raisin bagel. The registered wasn't working properly so I was held up with that. Had to wait a few to be rung up on another registered. Got to work discovered that my drink had a net in it , no liquid sugar and my bagel was not a cinnamon raisin bagel it was a bagel with seeds on it. Money wasted. So very disappointing.Parking: Parking is fine

They always do thier best to appease the customer and will always remember the customers customizations. They build a relationship with customer. And give the warmwelcoming vibe with a lil mix of carribean music in the morning. The only downside is how busy they can be but you expect thatwith a place this great and loved. If you need a dunkin that provides great drinks food and customer satisfaction give thisplace and visit and ask for Latoya
