I've been coming to this Dunkin' for a long time, enjoying their incredible coffee and hoping they stay busy! One of the standout aspects of this place is some of the staff members, particularly Cat, who has taken over management. Her positive changes have really improved the atmosphere, and I admire her greatly. However, the main reason I'm writing this review is to highlight a remarkable employee named Kyleigh. She is one of the few hardworking women you’ll see there, always going above and beyond for each customer. Kyleigh is friendly, driven, and truly a hardworking gem. I wanted to take a moment to recognize her dedication; she deserves all the praise! We need more people like her in the food industry!
"This is easily the worst restaurant I've ever been to! They get my order wrong about 60% of the time, and with wait times of 15 to 25 minutes in line, I rarely have a chance to check my order. The staff is rude and unprofessional; they will completely ignore you while chatting among themselves. Do yourself a favor and just go to Walmart instead!"
Location shows open at 4 o'clock. they get there and the doors are still locked and they only make the drive thru. when the drive thru and in the business are various hours, this must be published on the website. my bus is not going to the drive thru.
