I... read more Limited inventory and not very fresh. the 1 employee said he worked 7 days the week and had come late on this Sunday morning, so had no time to make cupcakes. I had called a day in advance to let him know that I would come to birthday for a dozen mixed cupcakes. same quality in a food store for a fifth of the price for a dozen cupcakes (over $50.) I would like to have paid for quality and uniqueness.

It was early, the case wasn’t eve... read more I was in town on a last minute visit and was passing by Cup Love…thought I’d swing in(because who doesn’t love a good cupcake! It was early, the case wasn’t even full as he was just opening the store, so I wasn’t sure what to expect…so I bought a Vegan Cup Cake and a Coconut Cupcake. That coconut cupcake was absolutely delicious!!!! The vegan was pretty good as well, better than most vegan bakery items I’ve tried at other bakeries. I am a baker myself and extremely picky about bakeries. It’s worth the trip into Baltimore in my opinion. I’ll be back to try the other flavors. Good job and keep up the good work. Service was excellent as well, nice guy! Send him lots of business y’all, we need to keep these Mom n Pop stores open!

I walked over to cup love since it was within 2 blocks of my house, upon entering the establishment with my brother we were treated rude and disrespectful about trying to see what flavor we wanted. It didn't make sense for us to just pick a random flavor and put topping on it and potentially pay for something we wouldn't like. Upon simply asking for a spoon I was treated as if I couldn't afford a $7 cup of ice cream. Very unprofessional, need to hire staff with more people skills. Maybe it's was racially motivated? Totally unsure, but once again I will never go into this establishment.

I’m from Connecticut and the bakeries out there are to die for. Since I’ve been in Maryland I have yet to find a place that doesn’t taste like store-bought desserts this place I found just today. I am absolutely in love. The presentation is amazing. The cupcakes are rich and gourmet. This place is class. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
