Aaron (GM) and Aaron (bartender) are wonderful! Try the Arancina if you like an old fashioned but with a bitter kick. The octopus was phenomenal. I truly cannot describe how great the first bite was. I could have eaten that for every meal for therest of my days. When there was no more delightful, perfect-textured octopus left on my plate, I devoured the arugula dressedwith an exquisite citrus vinaigrette. It was a small, simple meal that left me daydreaming about my next visit and next order! Thanks, Aaron² !
Maybe not their best night. For appetizers we ordered the octopus and the burrata. The octopus was cooked well if maybe a little smaller than expected. But there were a lot of chickpeas under it that didn’t seem seasoned at all. The burratadidn’t taste like much and didn’t look like some pictures we have seen or like the last time we had gotten it here. Thebread with it was very hard and the tomatoes were very cold and didn’t taste good. For mains we got the steak and the seabream. The sea bream was cooked well and not dry. I don’t think it needed as much sauce as there was over it and made it lookkind of unappealing. The steak was fine but needed salt as it didn’t seem seasoned either. We ordered a couple of cocktailswhich were the best things we had while visiting. We also had the wine fight which was 3 rosés. I recommend the drinks over thefood. We also got the tiramisu for dessert which was fine. Nothing was “bad” but it was a bit of a let down. Especially forthe prices.
Fabulous Italian fine dining spot. Dishes are thoughtfully crafted and cooked perfectly. Impressive wine list. Everything was delicious. It is pricey, but not without reason. The branzino was a highlight. Finish your dining experience with their amaroflight.
First time visiting was great. Loved the ambiance food and drinks were delicious and location is fun sexy date night vibes
We stopped by here yesterday for a dinner for two. The ambience and service was welcoming plus a decent nice decor. Our waiter was awesome with some good recommendations. We ordered the burrata, octopus with salad and the the huge fish dish. We reallyenjoyed the burrata and fish but the octopus tasted a little too burnt and didnt hit the spot. Aside that, we really enjoyedthe whole vibe and service here.

Most exceptional food I 've had in Baltimore. The bartenders are talented and extremely knowledgeable. Service was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elevated and very cool . Food was plated beautifully and had rich, developed flavors. The pasta was obviously handmade and cooked perfectly. This was the perfect place for a fancy birthday dinner.
The food is delicious, but the parking situation can be confusing. Additionally, the walk to the restaurant is not ideal for those wearing heels.
I have visited Cosima several times over the years and it never fails to impress. While we typically prefer the outdoor seating, our indoor experience this evening was excellent. The four of us shared two appetizers (one with shrimp and the other with meatballs) before ordering two branzino dishes to share, which were delicious. We finished our meal with chocolate cake and ice cream. Overall, this is a top-notch restaurant. I am giving it a 4 out of 5 rating, as they charged us $4.00 for a basket of bread rolls, which I found to be unacceptable.
This restaurant in Baltimore is our go-to spot for dining! They offer plenty of gluten-free options, including bread, pasta, and flatbread/pizzas. Every dish we have tried here has been fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating, creating the perfect atmosphere for a date night or dinner with coworkers. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and we have never been disappointed. We highly recommend this restaurant!
This was the first date night with my wife in months since our little one came along. Cosima was the perfect choice. Our server, Geremia, was warm and friendly. We ordered the grilled octopus appetizer, the butternut squash bucatini, and the pork shank. My wife had a glass of wine and I had the arancina cocktail. Everything we ordered was perfect and delicious. It's been a long time since I felt so full, relaxed, and content at a restaurant.

My first visit to this restaurant was fantastic. I enjoyed the ambiance, and the food and drinks were delicious. The location is great for a fun and sexy date night.
Perhaps it wasn't the restaurant's best night. For starters, we ordered the octopus and the burrata. The octopus was cooked well, though it was a bit smaller than expected. However, there were a lot of unseasoned chickpeas underneath. The Burrata didn't have much flavor and didn't resemble the pictures we had seen or our previous experience with it. The bread was too hard and the tomatoes were too cold and tasted off. For the main course, we had the steak and the sea bass. The sea bass was cooked well and not dry, but it lacked sauce and seemed a bit plain. The steak was good but needed salt as it wasn't seasoned. The cocktails were the highlight of our visit. We also tried the wine flight of 3 Rosés, which we enjoyed. I would recommend the drinks over the food. We finished our meal with the Tiramisu for dessert, which was good. Overall, nothing was bad, but it felt a bit lackluster considering the prices.
The Italian restaurant offers a great fine dining experience. The dishes are meticulously prepared and perfectly cooked. The wine selection is impressive. Every dish we tried was delicious. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality justifies it. The branzino dish was a standout. Don't forget to end your meal with an Amaro flight to complete your culinary experience.
We thought yesterday a dinner was two. The ambience and service were welcoming and a decent beautiful decor. Our waiter was great with some good recommendations. We ordered the burrata, octopus with salad and the huge fish dish. We really enjoyed the burrata and the fish, but the octopus tasted something to burn and did not hit the place. In addition, we really enjoyed the whole mood and service here.
