Burger King - Baltimore

There is not a positive thing that I can say about this place. sloppy eating and always forgets their straws for their drink or serviettes in the pocket and quickly to shake them out of the drive thru. poor management!

Went through the drive-thru customer service was great the young lady that waited on me was extremely friendly

The cashier was struggling, which is okay because it may have been his first day. But the manager acted as if it were a problem to help him, so the cashier struggled through his task instead of asking for help. Food was cold when we got it...it took 15 minutes.

Zero rate of course and I’ll never go to that store again, the way they deal with the customer is terrible

I wouldn’t take a dog to this Burger KingThey’re customers service stinks, your order is always incorrect, they’re attitude towards customer stinks,The quality of your food N beverages horrible. They’re employees can’t follow directions given on a big screen. They’re food presentation is horrible and stale. But I must say the manager of duty (Chaniya) Was kind and very courteous when I brought my food back the next morning. She took the time out to call the store manager. Had my food remade and refunded my money with and apologies. Thank you chaniya for having awesome customer service .
