Subway - Balsam Lake

Have always liked to go to Subway. Never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh. Staff was always friendly. But the prices are so high now I will never go again. $11 for meatballs on a white bun isn't worth it. I'll make it myself from now on. Sadness Service: Take out

On 7/10/23 12:15 p.m. Went into this location with an online order and the older lady behind the counter complained about having to do her job the entire time. The guy in line fed into her negative mood by saying online ordering is why I don 't come to subway anymore, you should tell these folks f $k it and tell them to come in and order her reply was a factory job is looking really good right now. I tipped online thinking yea a big order they deserve it. I will not tip again nor return to this location again, if her approach to customer service is this poor then a factory job would suit her better.

Great service and great food! The wonderful young lady who is always working deserves a raise! Kid-friendliness: Great employee helped me clean up a mess my kids had made and had a smile on her face the whole time.
