W... read more This place is starting to be a regular Sunday drive down for me, and I'm happy to make the trip from Bentleigh knowing what's waiting for me when I get there! With beautiful tasting pizzas, delicious gelato and loads of variety, this Italian restaurant is definitely the place to be on any day. The staff are so welcoming and the service is fantastic. Keep being awesome Fontalina, in my book you're doing it right! Worth the trip people.

We went in and ordered takeaway, pizzas, lasagna and chicken wings.. the pizza was cooked immediately an... read more We are locals and thought it was time to try Fontalina. We went in and ordered takeaway, pizzas, lasagna and chicken wings.. the pizza was cooked immediately and were ready 2 mins later. We waited a further 10 minutes for the rest of the order. We Asked if our pizza would be cold and were told, 'no, they stay really hot'. We drove the 3 minute journey home to eat cold, somewhat soggy pizza. We were really disappointed. On the up side the wings were nice.

Unfortunately, we were too full to try the ice cream or tiramisu, but we will definitely keep that in mind for next time. I can't wait to return.

The employees are always on the move a... read more We absolutely adore dining at Fontalina!! They have the most delicious gluten free options and the staff is exceptional!! The employees are always on the move and are familiar with many patrons by name. Our only suggestion would be to include a fully vegan pizza on the menu, as adding vegan cheese and a gluten free base can be quite pricey at $34! Nonetheless, Fontalina is a fantastic place to visit and a wonderful addition to Balnarring!
