Have been travelling from Glengormley, Newtownabbey for a long time with my father to eat at your restaurant. Today we had to ask after 15 mins for someone to t... read more Have been travelling from Glengormley, Newtownabbey for a long time with my father to eat at your restaurant. Today we had to ask after 15 mins for someone to take our order. After a further 25 mins i asked could we please have our cups of tea whilst waiting. Then after ordering 45 mins we were then told that they couldnt make my dads order of a toasted soda as you were too busy. He ordered a fish instead. After waiting 1 hour and 20 mins i had to wait at the counter for 5 mins for someone to speak to me. When i said that we were leaving there was no arguments or indications that our order was even being processed. This was his fathers day treat and to say i am extremely dissappointed is an understatement. If we had been informed of the chaotic long wait we would not have wasted1 hr and 20 mins for nothing. It had really spoilt my elderly fathers special Fathers Day . Orders were still being taken for sit in and take away when it was obvious that the kitchen could not cope
