Being a mostly vegan with occasional vegetarian phases, I dined there last Saturday with my wife and in-laws. I started with the soup and followed it up with the Moroccan Butternut Squash and Chickpea Tagine. The soup was exquisite—made with green puy lentils for depth, sun-dried tomatoes for umami, and crème fraîche to tie it all together. The toasted brioche provided a lovely sweet contrast to the savory flavors. It was, without a doubt, the best soup I've ever had. The Squash and Chickpea Tagine demonstrated exceptional mastery of spices; too often, spices can clash, but in this dish, everything harmonized wonderfully, creating a perfectly balanced flavor profile. My father-in-law had the ribeye steak, which he ordered well done, and he admitted it was delicious—flavorful, perfectly cooked, juicy, and tender, even as a well-done cut. At the end of our meal, Chef Christophe Zilliox came out to introduce himself, and it was clear he takes great pride in his creations. I will definitely be returning and will bring more gourmet friends along. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic, especially the view. I particularly enjoyed the roasted special—it was amazing!
The meal was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't find any faults at all. I'm in a complete food coma!
