What User doesn't like about Blackbird:
Today we went to the Blackbird Ballycotton at 2:45pm. The place was locked even thogh on google it says open from 2pm. One of staff members said to us it will open at 3pm. Which is fine. But a minute later he said actually at 4pm ... honestly just couldn't believe... don't think this is ok. View all feedback. What User likes about Blackbird:
Lovely place to stop for refreshments after a hike along the cliffs. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and informative. Even the odd dog was welcomed. Lovely atmosphere. Will visit again. View all feedback.

read moreThe Blackbird Ballycotton offers a mix of experiences, from disappointment over food availability to delight in the beer garden. Customers have found the food hit or miss, with some praising dishes like scampi and fish and chips, while others found average fare and high prices. The atmosphere seems to shift between friendly craic and slightly unwelcoming vibes from the food truck staff. Despite some bumps, the pub offers a cozy, authentic Irish experience, sure to please visitors looking for a local gem. So, while some have had mixed experiences, the Blackbird Ballycotton is still recommended for a casual visit.
