Was Anonym at Blackbird a mag?
Lovely place to stop for refreshments after a hike along the cliffs. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and informative. Even the odd dog was welcomed. Lovely atmosphere. Will visit again. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Blackbird:
Today we went to the Blackbird Ballycotton at 2:45pm. The place was locked even thogh on google it says open from 2pm. One of staff members said to us it will open at 3pm. Which is fine. But a minute later he said actually at 4pm ... honestly just couldn't believe... don't think this is ok. View all feedback.
Nice pub with outside area. Food is good and quick.
Heat food Lovely spot and Mossie the bar man is great craic!
Guinness is so goof here. Great to have Trawlerboyz food truck as an excellent addition.
Delicious food, fast service. Price performance top
I had a great time at The Blackbird Bar. It was my first time there and to be honest, I didn't expect it to be so authentic, warm and welcoming, from the exterior, but it was! The inside is full of recesses and cubby holes. The lighting is just right, with numerous candles spread throughout, and the venue is ideal for music in my opinion. Spending an evening here over a pint, eating a bite of food, and listening to music would be therapy in and of itself. The owner, Mossy, was particularly welcoming and even though the bar was busy, he took his time to have an unhurried chat. The food was excellent. I tried a scampi and chips and I have to say that the chips were absolutely perfect, like the chips of old thick-cut and tasting of real high quality potato. Coffee came served with a little snack bar which was a nice touch. I wish it was closer to Cork but I will definitely be back.
