The food at the hotel was exceptional, although the menu was somewhat limited. However, the dishes I ordered on both nights were cooked, prepared, and presented beautifully. Breakfast was satisfactory, but the absence of a lunch menu was disappointing, especially considering the limited dining options in the area.

What User doesn't like about Bayview:
Beautiful view great location and clean only downside is a typical Irish trate big sign all day menu and surprise surprise at 16:45 during the month of July not even a scone or slice of cake to accompany our coffee, restaurant opens at 18hr so ignore the sign all day terrace menu. What a pity we were actually going to possibly book a couple of nights away here won't bother now. View all feedback.

Beautiful hotel and top quality service from staff who even had fresh milk delivered to our room at 7.30 am for our baby. This hotel is beautiful and lovely scenery. Breakfast was scarce but nice at the same time.
Had a meal in the restaurant here this week. Food was nice, but pricy. And paid €4.50 for a small cappucino, €3.50 for tea afterwards, this seems very costly after an over-priced dinner! Nice views and lovely staff, but strong sense of rip-off!!
We stayed here for four nights in July 2024. The biggest problem for us was the constant smell of nicotine throughout the hotel. This is probably because there is a permanently installed ashtray right in front of the entrance and the wind constantly blows the smoke into the house. The staff always seemed a bit stressed to us we rarely saw a smiling face. But the location and the view are great. However, we wouldn't choose it again.
