I came here to take advantage of the Wednesday BOGO sundae special. It was kind of warm in the store and I felt bad for the employees. It was pretty crowded in such a super small space. But overall, I'd go back again. The ice cream was delicious. View all feedback.
What Bethany Parker doesn't like about Carvel:
Just ordered three dashers via grubhub. Upon delivery I was missing one item and the other two were unsealed in an open bag which must've tipped over at some point thus causing the content to splatter all over the inside of the bag. Oh and I actually received a phone call from carvel employee to inform me they were out of banana so we switched to another item however when I called back to explain I was missing an ite... I called to order a cake today and received excellent customer service from Will. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I paid in advance and picked up the order. Looks great!
The ice cream was delicious and the staff member working was outstanding.
I called ahead to inquire about their ice cream birthday cake, but the staff seemed clueless. Despite having a display of cakes in a large fridge at the entrance, they were unsure if they even sold cakes. To top it off, I was overcharged $40 for a $17 cake. Skip this place and head to Cold Stone Creamery instead, which is just around the corner.
This restaurant is a complete disaster. They are almost always out of ingredients and consistently mess up orders. I asked for a hamburger and ended up with a tuna sandwich. Additionally, they do not take proper Covid-19 precautions - the bag my food was delivered in was wide open. They need to invest in a stapler. The plastic cap on my drink cup had a giant hole in the top and was not sealed.
I spend $12 on a stupid vanilla ice cream cup. i ordered it at 6:45 pm....i wanted a chocolate/vanilla swirl cup with pineapple topping....i get 1/2 a cup of just swirl, no pineapple.....and best part is it arrives at 7:37....so basically, i have a $12 bowl of black/white soup!!! NOT HAPPY!!! I highly suggest anybody craving ice cream....DO NOT GET IT FROM THIS INCOMPETENT FACILITY!!!! STAFF SUCKS, ORDER SUCKS, DELIVERY TIME SUCKS!!!
