I sat at 12:20 with coffee and food ordered. coffee took his time to come, but understandable, as there is a large group that actually sit after us, but it is good that they took priority. was not particularly busy and after 35mins waiting for a pack of coffee already finished I went to ask about my food. When I was asked with the line manager (not asked for her only the first person I saw) I was asked to give her a second and she came with me into a huff, her answer was inappropriate and unfair. I work in the customer service and that is in no way a correct answer. a customer who has already paid for a service has every right to ask for such a wait the status of his order friendly. she also took the order and did not check on us or the order at all. a simple apology for waiting and the effort to find out why a package has taken so long during a quiet time, I would say that is the standard procedure. eating is always nice therefore the 3 stars (can not choose 3.5 what would be fairer), but it is a shame that the customer service was under any type of standard. there was a mishap in the kitchen that was then communicated after I had my eating of the gentleman waiter who brought it out, he was excellent, but the line manager really needs to reassess their customer service. it is important to lead to example and set a standard when it comes to service, it is just a good thing bad service has not branched to the personal. it is also disappointing that she did not take it on herself to bring out the food to apologize for the waiting and explain why it took so long. shows only very little respect for the customer, as the declaration and apology were decoupled to another employee. I will be back, but please people, communication and responsibility is the key. it makes customers feel recognized and keeps all situations under control.

I had a nice Sunday brunch here. the food was very delicious, fresh really pleasant. the personal was friendly. relaxed atmosphere. it wasn't too busy, it didn't have to wait too long for food to arrive. I am a fan of paying before eating arrives as it saves time to get the attention of the staff when they are ready to go. happy to support small local businesses.

Great food, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff (even if the place was packed and super busy). Perfect place to stop for a quick refuel on your runs bike rides to and from Naul. And they open at 9am on Sundays! Loved it. On a sunny day, you can sit outdoors and it's just lovely

I've eaten there on a number of occasions but this time was disappointing. A forty minute wait from ordering to bring served. The location wasn't so busy that this couldn't have been better, there seemed to be plenty of staff on duty that day. We ordered two omelettes and a pizza for my son, plus a couple of soft drinks and a pot of tea. My omelette was too salty, and I like my salt! It was still tasty, and there was plenty on the plate. Disappointed for the first time, to be honest, mostly due to the interminable wait for our food, it was an hour from arriving to being finally served our food. My mams pot of tea was cold by the time the food was served. Again, previous lunches were served in a more timely fashion, not sure what happened today. I will visit again, fingers crossed this was only a blip
