Subway - Ballwin

First time at this location and dined in. Located in a really nice plaza with plenty of parking. Great outdoor seating for when it gets warm again! It was very clean and the staff was quick and polite. While I was enjoying my lunch a loud customer came through and was very rude to the employees. At the cash register she started yelling at Lorie, one of the employees, and it was really degrading. I was super impressed with how professionally Lorie handled this aggressive customer.

The management of the crew is great. Friendly staff and efficient.

I needed the sauces on the page, but online order did not give you the opportunity to choose this. Go on a trip tomorrow and don't want them soggy. So I had to call them (if they are slammed) and ask for the sauces on the page. Poor guys already made the sandwiches when I could get through by phone. They are kind enough to remake them for us without the sauces. Subway must add the sauce on the Option page for the delivery option.

Line was quick, food was accurate, food tasted wellNo complaints so they did everything right.
