Charlotte's Rib Barbecue - Ballwin

I thought I was back in Texas for a moment. Friendly people, great atmosphere and some of the best BBQ I have ever had. The beef brisket was tender and had a great smokey flavor. The baked beans and cole slaw were equally as good. You wont be disappointed!

Service was very prompt/good. Online ordering was easy and order was accurate. Food was ok. If you’re looking for traditional bbq this is it. Coleslaw was very good, but was underwhelmed with other parts of the order that was the consensus from our party.

Wow! They catered an event for us a week or so ago. Food, sides, and dessert were beyond anything we expected! Thank you Lisa for such a terrific job we thoroughly enjoyed it all.

If you want a grandma home cooked style meal. Here ya go! They do everything in a ‘light’ manner. Very good bbq. Family style service.

I had the brisket plate with their fries and slaw, and everything was just excellent. We were able to get extra sauce for our meat, and it was just a very good meal all around. The service was outstanding, and prompt. Overall, I have to give Charlotte's Rib 5 stars. We will be back, again.
