I wait for a Choc Latte and Egg Soufflé. What is unacceptable is an under cooked Egg Soufflé. No excuses. None. I am struggling to spend $13 and I have to cook my egg Soufflé to meet quality eating standards. I am definitely asking for a refund of the egg Soufflé. I just called no one can pick up the phone.
