Panera Bread - Ballwin
Panera Bread
Description
Set in a modern, convenient location with ample parking, this café offers friendly, often fast service and an open, contemporary layout. Experiences vary: long drive‑thru lines, inconsistent food quality (undercooked or dry items, cold soup), order mistakes, and occasional lapses in customer service or refunds. Seating favors high-tops and high ceilings rather than cozy booths, and interior temperature/wait times can be an issue. Good for quick casual meals if you accept occasional inconsistency.

My order is consistently incorrect at this restaurant. I request no cheese, but they add it every single time.
I initially faced some issues, but Cierra was fantastic in helping to resolve them. The location is excellent, and the staff is wonderful!
The food was good. The interior was not very inviting; high ceilings, no booths, high top seating. It did not have the comfortable cafe atmosphere of other locations. I will be going back to Breadco but not this location.
I ordered The Spicy Take today at 8:15pm, they asked “Buffalo chicken sandwich?”, I was like “I’m not sure… I wanted The Spicy Take, from the menu”, then silence for about 20 seconds. I asked “Did you hear me?”, another lady tuned in and fast, with attitude, said something like “We got it. Spicy Take. $12.xx. Pull forward please.”. What I got was… EXTREMELY DRY and old piece of chicken… the edges were black and literally impossible to chew… as if I upset her and she gave me something that’s bee … – show
Our soup was ice cold. It took forever for it to be prepared and we were the only order in at the time. I guess this location is not making enough money as they can't use the heat in the building? It's 40° outside and every customer had to wear their coat while eating inside? Geez
