Buffalo Wild Wings - Ballwin

Sign on door states open until midnight. They however apparently close their kitchen much earlier than that. Wixh is not posted anywhere. This is horribly misleading and frankly unacceptable. Will not return.

Standard BWW location. 30 beers on tap and I felt they had very good service. I’ve been here twice now and the place has seemingly been a “ghost town” both times which provides for great service by default.

Apparently you order online — get your time to pickup and I am still waiting over an hour to get an order of wings. Employee told me the estimate time was updated to a later time but unfortunately it does not send the customer any updates in new times. This needs to be fixed so we know when to pick up later. Not okay

What service.... There is none! Why is the food luke warm when it comes to my table?

Didn't get order right. Waitress was rude and said it would be 40 minutes to correct order. Who wants to wait 40 minutes for a to go order when the other order is ready. Wanted regular chicken wings. Didn't even taste like Teriyaki sauce.
