Good For The Soul - Ballincollig

I absolutely adore this place - it's now my top choice for a cafe/coffee shop in Cork. Without a doubt, they serve the best coffee in Cork, if not all of Ireland, and their food is outstanding. The passion and care they put into their creations ensure you'll always leave satisfied. I highly recommend trying the beans on toast with poached eggs!

I had the absolute pleasure of enjoying brunch at this fantastic restaurant today. The food was delicious, the staff were lovely, and I really admired the decor. I wish Sarah all the best and am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

I have found my new favorite spot! The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, and the staff, especially Sarah, are incredibly friendly. Sarah is always smiling and welcoming. I also appreciate that this place is child-friendly. This restaurant is a fantastic addition to Ballincollig!

Coffee is out of this world, so creamy, such friendly staff, great atmosphere and the food is just I've yet to taste the salads But those brownies Ridiculous.

Had lunch today in “food for the soul” cafe Ballincollig. It was superb! So fresh and full of flavour. Staff really friendly. I will be back.
