The service is efficient and friendly. Only complaint is the porions are large.

The staff were very friendly and attentive....Without having seen the menu, I cannot say for certain, but the Restaurant Poseidon does in no way, resemble so many of the other, ethnic restaurants in Germany, with their pseudo-Germanish cuisine and decor; the Poseidon felt authentic from the core. We will definitely return with friends and family. The place is very big and has a large terrace for the warmer months. Be sure to book a reservation far in advance, as this place is popular.

The large dining ro... read more We dined at Poseidon twice in a row and were absolutely delighted both times. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, bright, and spacious. The large dining room offers plenty of room, and you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We were recognized and greeted warmly on our second evening – a rare treat. Both the waitresses and the owner himself visited our table several times, checking on our well-being and providing first-class service. The appetizers and main courses were delicious, all fresh and expertly prepared. The wait was pleasant – not too short and not too long, just right for a relaxing evening. The wine selection was also excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful evening. If we ever vacation in the area again, we will definitely return. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is very popular.
