Normally I enjoy my trips because the food is great. This time my food was bad but the service was worse. The cashier had a attitude and was disrespectful when taking the order. When I wife asked a question about the sub sizes he told her she needed to look they were in front of her. Got the Italian sub and the meatball sub. Both delicious. Bread was fresh and soft. Meat was good. Ordered online- ready on time.
Waiting for my doctor visit nearby, stopped in for a cold soda and a/c while waiting for appointment time.

I won't be returning atleast to this specific location because my money is clearly not valued.
Will never be a customer a Firehouse Subs again. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with the slaw on the side and they charged an additional for getting the slaw on the side. Granted $1 isn't much, it's the principle of it. I even called their headquarters office give my opinion they never called back I also followed up online again, no response.
Love this place, the staff is super friendly and they have never gotten my order wrong despite my crazy customizarions.
