The staff wasn't knowledgeable about celiac disease, but when I spoke with Chef Suraj, he fully understood the requirements. He went into detail about the measures he takes to prevent cross-contamination. It was great to see how happy he was to see my relief and excitement. The staff were not coeliac educated but when I spoke to the chef Suraj, he totally understood the coeliac requirements, and even explained in detail all the lengths he went to to ensure avoiding cross contamination. He looked really pleased when he could see my relieved excitement. I would recommend speaking to the cheff and bypassing the wait staff.
