The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and very efficient. It was a very pleasant experience. It was nice to be able to easily find a carpark without having to circle the block a dozen times! View all feedback.
What Fatemah A dislikes about Azzuri:
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the kids enjoy the activity’s pack and the lollipop but we didn’t enjoy our meal at all, it was too oily wouldn’t go back again View all feedback.
Staff made us welcome and were attentive. Absence of regular chef meant meals not up to usual standard but this was discussed and understood. We are going back so we are reasonably happy.
Excellent food . We had grilled fish, onion soup and the burger. Everything was well made and was tasty. The kids serving was good aswell
On arrival, only two tables were in. no staff to be seen. had to wait to be shown to our table by what looked like the only waitress on the floor. was offered to sit at another table before being told we cant have that one but this one was our allocated one, dont understand why we were even offered another table. half the table was given water, other half none and no water left on the table. wasnt given menus until the other 2 tables were seen for desserts. eventually was given menus, then waited another 10 15 min for a different waitress to take our drink order. the waitress then came to remove our menus before we had to point out that we hadnt had our order taken. waitress on arrival of our food then lent over people to place it down even though you could walk around the whole table with easy access. no apologizes. Food was a massive disappointment. entree of garlic bread and squid was nice but thats were it ended. 3 ducks on the table, 2 over cooked and 1 had a range of different temperatures in the same piece. berry sauce was not needed and made the dish over sweet. the sweet potato chips arent chips but more like garnish shavings. pasta was not really as described. pasta wasnt Tagliatelle and was clumped together. sauce tasted like it was straight out of a jar with no real flavour. parmassen salad was bitter and full of wilted leaves. burger and the potato, egg and chorizo side were the only things that were a sucess on the table, even though the egg was overcooked. As we were having our mains a booking walked in. shortly after they arrived the waitress came up to our table and told us that kitchen was closing and if we wanted dessert we had to order them now or miss out. we werent even half way through our mains. we would have ordered dessert however without finishing our mains as yet and feeling pushed to we werent pleased. table wasnt even finished eating before the waitress started to clear our table. really felt like they were pushing us out the door. we have tried the mecure restaurant on a number of occassions and each time being disappointed. this will be the last time we try it. Sometimes an empty restaurant is a major red flag especially when other places were fully booked out.
The service and staff at the restaurant were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. The food was however slightly below our expectations. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
