I was suggested by my local friend to try this cafe. I wasn't disappointed after having a cup of cappuccino with pumpkin soup. All the waitresses were amazing. They work hard and friendly for every customer. The owner was so simple and super friendly. I had another cup of green tea and French vanilla disc. I'd come back soon as a regular. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pig Goose General Foodstore:
Not great. Waitress was nice enough but the owner was abrupt and rude, I work in hospitality so I may be a little picky but I know when the service could be A LOT better! And they weren't busy either so it wasn't as though they were under the pump to take our order so we left and went to another cafe where we were looked after with a smile and orders taken much quicker. It's a Shame because its a lovely venue. View all feedback.
Super friendly staff (old school country style). Great coffee. Almost couldn't finish the avocado toast since it was super filling. One of us ordered an extra hot coffee and it came out too cold. When we mentioned it they replaced it quick as a flash! Good mix of indoor outdoor seating.
The food today was great as always and the service was attentive. I was surprised today when two tables left abruptly, after less than 5 minutes waiting, not 10... to be fair to the guys at pig and goose one table of 4 two tables of 2 and a table of 7 rolled in at the same time... patience peeps. If your in a hurry, just get off your bottom and politely ask the waiting staff if you can order... its a system that's worked for me in the past.

Really nice café, great coffee and breakfast was really delicious. A few times here, never had a bad experience.
I love this café. So nice to sit outside and see how the world passes while enjoying a real cup of tea and a delicious snack. Customer service is always great, there are always lots of variety to choose and it is very affordable.
