I give this restaurant 5 stars solely because of Jacob tonight. When we placed our order, he playfully said 'k-f-c- you at the next window' and then at the window, he told us to 'have a zinging night'...he is truly a legend! He made my daughter smile! Jacob is a fantastic employee!
I decided to try three pieces of chicken at the restaurant, partly because of KFC's support of BBL cricket. The service was a bit slow, even though they weren't very busy. The chicken was extremely rubbery, stretching and snapping back when I bit or pulled on it. It was also quite chewy. I hope it was just a bad day for them.
Sadly, there was no chicken available during my visit to this restaurant for the second time in two weeks. Fortunately, there was a Red Rooster located across the road where I was able to enjoy a meal.
The service at this restaurant was quick, the store was clean, and the food was fresh and hot. The only issue, although minor, was the unfriendly attitude of the server. It felt like she had no time for customers and I felt like I was inconveniencing her.
My third time at this KFC in Sturt street and again drove away without some of my order- I should know to check before driving off- service always slow ? Not enough staff ? Disorganised- all staff/ managers should go and spend time at the Sebastopol KFC and learn how to run an efficient business
