For some reason we are always treated well at places we visit. We observe other customers that are not so I want to write down a few things we see or hear. Some staff are great but others need to do some customer service training and smile!I did see ome other cutomers ask for certain things which they were replied to with 'the machine is broken, you cannot have that flavour' or 'we are out of that' yet other customer...
