Family-run with a 25-year-old owner, young but with excellent culinary skills, because the dishes are tasty and well-prepared. His parents help out in the dining room, hats off to him, an experienced sales manager who can work on upselling with assisted sales. The girls who roam the tables, whether they have them or not makes little difference, since they have no clear vision of how to manage tables and schedules, which they can improve upon.
