Typical cuisine, a small restaurant with limited seating, where the flow and reservations can be better managed. Family-run with a 25-year-old owner, young but with excellent culinary skills, because the dishes are tasty and well-prepared. His parents help out in the dining room, hats off to him, an experienced sales manager who can work on upselling with assisted sales. The girls who roam the tables, whether they have them or not makes little difference, since they have no clear vision of how to manage tables and schedules, which they can improve upon.
We went to this restaurant on Valentine's evening, even though it is located in the mountains, to our great surprise they offered us a fish menu. Everything was very good, very fresh fish cooked with care, welcoming staff, excellent service.
I went there for lunch today for the first time: the restaurant was very busy and the organization was top-notch, despite the crowd! The portions were generous and flavorful! WOW!!! The owner was very young and equally knowledgeable, attentive and considerate of my dietary needs (given my celiac disease)! I'll definitely be back! Congratulations, thank you guys
Congratulations on the food, which was truly exquisite and good value. Six of us had lunch today, and everyone was very satisfied. I recommend it.
