What Mike J doesn't like about Waffle House:
Waited over 20 minutes and wasn't even asked about a drink, neither were the several people ahead of us. The waitress would stand around while the cook made a customers meal, disregard everyone waiting and when asked about it she and the cook said that's how we do it at waffle house . No it's not how most do it, just this one.. Please retrain your staff to do simple multi tasking as the service is terrible. View all feedback.
Just feel real disrespected, then I watched the lady say I'm not wasting a container on that lost a good customer today
First off idk why it says closes at 9 if its a waffle house. Waffle House is open 24/7. But this is one of the best Waffle Houses I've ever been to. Clean. Friendly yet still that lowkey Waffle House feeling. If you're from Ga you know what I mean. Would recommend. Luckily I live just down the road.
Food is always good and hot! Servers are awesome and fast! Reason for 3 stars is the manager! She's always yelling at the servers, in front of customers! There's a time and a place to do that, and it's NOT in front of customers!!!
The staff here is horrid. Call in order just to set there 20 plus minutes and walk out with ZERO food, the grill cook (female) just flat out incompetent to run a grill. Oh, they also over charge. Basic math is hard with a calculator! Ask for your waffle to come with the rest of your food or else it will sit there 10 minutes Just say NO to this Awful House.
I arrived at the off peak hour of 1:30. EIGHT working people were behind the counter; probably a shift change . The restaurant had 1 other customer at a table. My reason for the 1 star rating is the very dirty floors and tables. A woman kept sweeping around and UNDER MY table BY MY FEET while I was EATING !!! The entire restaurant was dirty all the tables needed wiping . she could have swept under my table after I left) . The unsweetened tea was cloudy and sour. My BLT was ok, served with hash browns ,which were good . The service was awesome and my server was very nice !!! The dirty atmosphere and sweeping at my feet overwhelmed all the positive aspects of my lunch .
