The employee behind the counter displayed awful customer service and seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers. When I asked for Italian herb and cheese bread, he argued with me about the type of bread I ordered after he pulled out the wrong one. He mumbled his words and didn't bother to ask me what I wanted on my sandwich. Instead, he carelessly tossed various ingredients onto the sandwich, making it clear that he felt inconvenienced by my order. It's time to hire better staff who are genuinely suited for customer service. I won’t be returning; I’ll take my business to another Subway franchise where I’ll feel welcomed. I hope the corporate office takes note of this.

H... read more The manager is very kind and attentive whenever I’ve spoken with her. I can tell she truly cares and is frustrated when I bring these issues to her attention. However, today was the last straw for me. The door states that they close at 10 PM, but I've found them closed several times before 8 PM. Today, I even called ahead to confirm their hours before heading over and was told they closed at 8 PM. I arrived at 7:30 PM, yet they were closed with the sign still up. This is simply unacceptable. I really don’t like to leave negative reviews, but after so many disappointing experiences, I felt it was time to express my frustration. I hope things improve in the future.
