Disappointing experience today 4/27. I asked for refill of the beef. We were served pork. I tried to return it and told the server that i'm requesting for beef. She went back with the beef refill. But later on i found out it was just the same plate of pork, but they covered it with beef. You'll eyes will melt because of the smoke — not well ventilated. The staff are rude and speak in Kapampangan talking sh*t about their customers — unfortunate for them, my friend speaks in Kapampangan.
After dining here for the first time, my friends and I decided we would never go to any other unlimited samgyupsal restaurants. This has become my favorite spot for unlimited samgyupsal.
The meat was all great, but the unlimited iced tea could use some improvement.
We called at noon to make a reservation for 6 PM, and it was confirmed. However, when we arrived, the front desk had no record of our reservation. We ended up waiting for about 45 minutes to an hour just to get seated. If you plan to make a reservation, please ensure that your table is confirmed and ready at the time of your booking. It’s really disappointing to have to wait nearly an hour.
