Eating was great, goid for formal meeting, price wise, too high

The food is tasty, but the portion sizes are small, especially for someone like me who isn't a big eater. The restaurant itself is nice, but the prices are high. There are several staff members, but most of them are not very attentive. However, because the food tastes good, overall it's still a decent experience.

I used to frequent this restaurant often when I was growing up. My mother would take me to one of your branches in Escolta to meet my father after work. Sadly, it pains me to say that the restaurant has significantly declined in quality. This may be why you are not seeing many customers. Today seems to be an exception, as there are more customers than usual. However, during my frequent visits to SM, I have noticed that there are usually only one or two tables occupied. After being served cold java rice that seemed to have been sitting out for a while, I understand why. Not only are the portions of chicken smaller, but it is also served cold. The fresh lumpia sold by a friend tastes much better than yours. I recommend that you make some changes to your menu and improve the quality of your food before you lose even more customers.
