Dr. James Hay is an exceptional dentist. He is kind by nature and gentle with his patients. My entire family has been visiting his practice for years. I first came here in 1976 (although Dr. Hay wasn't here at that time). He is a skilled dentist who only treats what is necessary and charges reasonable prices. This was my very first visit to Dr. Hay James, and I found him to be a really nice guy. There were no extra charges from Medibank Private, which I appreciated. As it was my first time at the dentist, I didn't feel overwhelmed at all. I will definitely be returning in the future!
